How our order process works
Once you have placed your order, you will need to arrange the tracked shipping of your boots to our workshop at the below address:
Bootmods
C/- Central Joinery
12 Zelanian Drive

Auckland 2013
Please ensure you send your item via a tracked postal service, you are responsible for the cost associated to ship your boots to us. We are not responsible for loss or damages resulting from transportation by your chosen postal provider. Please note, your boots need to be shipped to our workshop within 10 days of placing your order.
Once your boots have been received we will commence your modifications in accordance with your order. Please allow 3-5 working days (from the date we receive your boots) for your modification to be completed. Once your modifications are complete we will courier your boots back to your specified order address. An email confirming your shipment will be provided at this time with your tracking information.
